Quality Control

QC/Technical Support We have a QC department, each processes workshop has a QC team and a foreman is in charge of the QC process. Every process has several QCs, their job is to check the quality problem on line. Our R&D department helps to make the production and quality control technology requirement guidelines according to our customers' requirement and safety requirement. QC Staff 20 to 29 Our QC are checking the accessories before assembling Our QC is checking the cut wooden parts Materials/Components Raw material from North East China, Indonesia, Romania, and Canada. Accessories are bought from China or imported from overseas countries. Procedures/testing Details R&D department make the quality guidelines; QC manager keeps all of the guidelines and hands out to every foreman. QCs check all quality problems based on quality guidelines, Foremen collect all of quality datas and feedback to QC manager. QC manager discuss the quality problems with R&D manager, sales manager and related manager and concludes a solution.
